We're currently working on a guided Youtube tutorial for click-by-click. Until then, browse, add to bag, checkout, pay. You can shop by individual DESIGNER pages or PRODUCT categories. You'll find fun things throughout the site as well.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also just added support for ApplePay and Paypal, which we think is pretty cool.
If you're being charged taxes, you either live in the awesome State of New York or outside the US. We're required by law to charge appropriate taxes according to delivery destination. For international, most of our deliveries are DDP, however, we can't guarantee it for all delivery locations.
If you happen to be local (NYC), we offer same-day delivery. For other domestic services, standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Express shipping is either 3 day or overnight. Costs will be calculated at checkout. We use UPS for most deliveries.
For international shipping, standard shipping typically takes 2 weeks, depending on local customs and duties. We'll do our best with express but typically are not able to offer overnight shipping for international destinations. Sorry, we're working on it.
We're happy to take care of returns or exchanges for unworn products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
We'll send you a prepaid UPS return label to facilitate shipping back to us. You'll need to print out and drop off at your local UPS office. Refunds are processed within about 3 days of us receiving your return. After that, it's up to your bank.
If it's outside 30 days, we'll consider an exchange for credit- especially if it's just a size or something. Just send us a note: firstname.lastname@example.org.

One of the advantages of working with independent designers and domestic factories is we can pre-sell certain pieces. Once we're sure it's actually shipping, we let a few of our favorite people shop in advance. Once we have it on hand, we'll send it on its way to you. Yes, we charge you at the time of purchase- it helps us work with the designers and ensure that you're really committed to that look.
